They checked in at receiving window only 3 people in 1 hour. Unbelievable, huge lane with drivers. Very slow and rude lady at the window.

They only unloaded half of my trailer but charged $424 lumper fee, now I'm left in the snow. Think twice before you decide to deliver to this place. Very unprofessional, rude and irresponsible people.

Big lumper fees and super slow even for dry loads
They charge Large amount lumper fee of 382$ for just unload palletized soda cans. Appointment only place do not come more than 20 min ahead or they will make you leave. Guard had noticed lock on my trailer but didn't notice seal under it!!
When u check in at office right away punch your time in white machine bcoz you gonna need that for detention
