I checked in late and tired. The concierge was very friendly and accomodating. She even upgraded my room type. She was very helpful in pointing me to somewhere I can eat, and told me about the dirt road I could walk down in the morning to enjoy the view of the river. My room was gorgeous! I loved the wooden floors and bed frame. Everything was clean. In the morning, I was able to see the river right outside my window. The river seemed low, but it was still a great view.
Great hotel at a great price. This hotel is impressive in all areas. Don't hesitate to stay here.
Room was beautiful and clean. We got into the area very early and my wife is a nurse and hadn't really slept in 36 hours. I called for an early check in around 10:15 am and they got us into our room by around 11:30 and the normal check in was 3pm. This was excellent customer service. Very impressed !! We stayed the night and asked for a late check out for 1pm the next day. The normal check out is 11am. They again delivered with no questions asked. Amazing !!! After all this we loaded up the car and were just pulling out of the parking lot when the woman from housekeeping came running out with my wife's glasses as we accidentally left them in the room. Can't say enough good things about this hotel !!! Will definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone !!!!
Wonderful location off of Connecticut River. Beautiful views from your spacious rooms. Close to Brattleboro for convenient dining. Make sure you visit Madam Sherri’s Castle while you are visiting.
