They have more options for snacks and drinks. Down a start because their has tends to be more expensive than the store right next to them.

I stop in every single morning and I am greeted by Kelly who is the nicest person ever. I'm not a morning person, and perhaps intolerant to humanity before 10am.... but I will not stop at any other place before work. Oh.... they also have an amazing selection of tobacco products and beer.... for when I get out of work.
